1/2 Day 1 Week Soccer Camps
Week 1 - July 9th-13th
Week 2 - August 20th-24th
Boys & Girls 6-14 years old
A Typical Day at Camp
9:00 -9:20: Warm up: Dynamic stretches and strength training program.
9:20-10:00: Individual training: Technical work on receiving to create space.
10:00-10:45: Small Group Tactics: In a controlled competitive environment the player will be asked to implement the previous individual skill learned from the previous session.
10:45-11:15: Small sided games: The games will have restrictions and modifications
to reinforce this theme.
11:15-11:45: Scrimmage: Let the kids play!
11:45-12:00pm: Warm down
For each session your child must have:
-Size 3 soccer ball U8
-Size 4 soccer ball U10-U12
-Size 5 soccer ball U13-U15
-All campers will receive NRSA camp shirt
This week’s camp director is Mike Hanchar.
Mike is an NRSA staff coach and trainer. He holds a USSF C License.
